Sadness

Most of us have felt sad at one point in our lives. You could feel sad for multiple reasons or have no idea why you’re sad at all. Being sad means that you’re unhappy or feel sorrow.

Being sad is okay. You could be mad or mean when your sad because you don’t know how to handle it. Sometimes, we even take out our feelings on the ones we love - like our brothers, sisters or parents.  

If you feel sad more often than not, you should talk to an adult or friend that you trust.  It’s possible you need more support than you’re getting.
