Academic Stress
Have you ever been nervous because of homework, a test,an assignment, or anything else that could relate to your grades? This is known as academic stress. Academic stress can affect pretty much anyone in school - especially kids who REALLY care about their grades. There are all kinds of things that pressure us to get good grades - getting into the National Honor Society, pleasing your parents with all A’s, getting into a private school, etc… Talk to your counselors, teachers, parents, or trusted adult! Family Stress
Family stress can range from something like a silly fight with your parents to a tragic death in the family. Family stress falls under a number of categories.
